My name is Jackie D. Williams. I am a dedicated Literacy Coach in Broward County with over 20 years of experience in education. Throughout my career, I have supported both teachers and students by strengthening instructional practices, building teacher capacity, and improving student literacy outcomes across diverse learning environments. As a literacy coach, I collaborate closely with educators to analyze data, design targeted instructional strategies and implement evidence-based reading practices that meet the needs of all learners. My work is grounded in equity, differentiation, and high-quality instruction, ensuring that students with varying academic, linguistic, and learning needs are supported effectively. My professional certifications in Elementary Education (K–6) and Exceptional Student Education (ESE K–12) and is Reading Endorsed. In addition, also holds endorsements in English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Gifted Education, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Civic Seal of Excellence, along with certification as an Instructional Coach. These credentials reflect my broad expertise and commitment to inclusive, rigorous instruction. With a passion for literacy development and instructional excellence, I continue to serve as a leader, mentor, and advocate for effective teaching and student success. I will provide literacy and instructional support services for elementary, middle, and high school students, with a focus on reading development, comprehension, and academic growth. Services include targeted literacy interventions, support for students with learning differences, and guidance for teachers and families to strengthen reading skills at home and at school. I serve diverse student populations, including students with disabilities (ESE), English Language Learners (ESOL), gifted students, and students with autism spectrum disorders. My work is grounded in research based practices and individualized support to meet each learner’s unique needs.
